Save Terri — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Save Terri ("the game") is made by an independent developer (the seller shown on its App Store and Google Play pages). It covers the iPhone and Android versions. This policy explains what happens to your information when you play.

The short version

Save Terri is free and is supported by ads from Google AdMob. The game itself keeps your progress only on your device. The ads, and the online leaderboard (Apple's Game Center on iPhone, Google Play Games on Android), are the only parts that use the internet, and they are explained below.

What is stored, and where

Your progress (best scores, coins, trophies, items, chosen blade trail and settings) is saved only on your device, inside the app. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows a small banner on its menus, an occasional full-screen ad between runs, and optional "watch an ad" rewards (to continue a run or double your coins). These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect:

If you don't allow tracking (iPhone) or delete your advertising ID (Android), you still see ads, but they are not personalised. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice any time from the pause menu ("Ad privacy choices"). Google's use of this data is covered by Google's privacy policy for partner apps.

What we don't do

Leaderboards (optional)

iPhone: if you are signed in to Apple's Game Center on your device, the game sends your best scores to Apple's Game Center leaderboard so you can compare them with other players. This is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

Android: if you use Google Play Games, the game sends your best scores to its Google Play Games leaderboard, shown with your Play Games gamer name. This is handled by Google under Google's privacy policy, and you can manage your Play Games profile in the Google Play Games settings.

We never receive your Game Center or Google account details. If you are not signed in, nothing is sent.

Reminders (optional)

If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your device, for example when the Lucky Chest or a daily reward is ready. They are created on your device and no information is sent for them. You can turn them off any time in your device's settings.

Sharing your score

If you tap Share, the game opens your device's standard share sheet with a short text about your score. You choose whether and where to send it. The game itself sends nothing.

Children

Save Terri is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If a future version changes any of this, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the App Store and Google Play privacy details will be updated to match.
